The Alliance for Health Equity pulled together over $13 million in public and private funds to build the Brandywine Center in 2008. The Brandywine Center exemplifies our commitment to improving the City of Coatesville and investing in its economic future by supporting first-rate facilities and services for all, particularly the underserved.
The center brings together several vital health and social services under one roof, including:
- ChesPenn Health Services: a Federally Qualified Health Center that provides integrated primary care, pediatric services, dental, management of chronic diseases and behavioral health services
- Affordbale Senior Housing: Located on the second and third floors of the Brandywine Center, there are 24 apartments units.
- Equity Health Center (EHC): Located on the fourth floor, the EHC houses Community Volunteers in Medicine to provide physical health, Legacy Services to provide mental health, and a variety of nonprofit ran events to acheive overall health wellness.
The Brandywine Center is located at 744 East Lincoln Highway, Coatesville, PA 19320. Free parking is availbale behind the building, across the street, and along Chester Ave.
