Coatesville, PA — The Alliance for Health Equity (AHE) is proud to announce the official launch of its 2026–2027 Seed-And-Scale Match Fund, opening March 12, 2026. This highly anticipated grant cycle will invest in innovative, community-driven solutions that address the Social Determinants of Health (SDoH) throughout the Greater Coatesville area.
A distinguishing feature of the Seed-And-Scale Match Fund is its collaborative match model. Selected grantees receive an initial award and then partner with AHE and donors to collectively raise matching funds, often doubling the original grant investment. This approach strengthens organizational capacity, builds community support, and maximizes the overall impact of each funded initiative.
To kick off the launch, AHE will host a live, online informational webinar on March 12 from 1-2 PM via Microsoft Teams for nonprofit leaders, community partners, and residents who want to learn more about the funding opportunity, application process, eligibility requirements, and overall vision of the grant cycle. The webinar will provide a full overview of the Seed-And-Scale Match Fund and offer attendees the opportunity to ask questions before applying.
The Seed-And-Scale Match Fund focuses on the real-life conditions that influence health outcomes, where people are born, live, learn, work, play, worship, and age. Funding priorities align with five key areas:
- Health Care Access and Quality
- Economic Stability
- Education Access and Quality
- Neighborhood and Built Environment
- Social and Community Context
2026 Grant Cycle Timeline
- March 12, 2026 – Application Opens & Informational Webinar Hosted by AHE at 1PM
- April 10, 2026 (5:00 PM) – Final Day to Submit Q&A (Responses not guaranteed after close of business)
- April 13, 2026 (8:00 AM) – Application Submission Deadline
