Seed-And-Scale Match Innovation Grant Info Sessions

The Alliance for Health Equity (AHE) is excited to share its upcoming Major Grant Funding Opportunity to 501(c)3 Nonprofit Organizations, the 2024 Seed-And-Scale Match Innovation Grant! As part of AHE’s Trust-Based Philanthropy, this is an open grant opportunity for organizations making a positive impact on the Social Determinants of Health and Wellbeing in our community through creative, solution focused ideas ready for implementation or promising, innovations ready to scale.

AHE invites 501(c)3 nonprofit organizations who serve the Greater Coatesville Area to join us on EITHER Tuesday, April 23 or Wednesday, April 24 to learn more about AHE’s Seed-And-Scale Match Innovation Grant opportunity.

During each session, your nonprofit will learn about the Seed-And-Scale Grant and its:

  1. Nonprofit requirements (Must be a 501(c)3)
  2. Geographic Region (must serve the Coatesville Area School District geographic Region)
  3. Focus Areas (must focus on health, wellness, education, employment, housing, healthy food options, and/or transportation access)
  4. Program Scaling Opportunities
  5. Trust-Based Philanthropy Approach and Reporting
  6. Frequency Asked Questions
  7. The Alliance for Health Equity as a Capacity Builder for nonprofit partners
