Kevin Ressler

Kevin Ressler

President and CEO

“Coatesville borders Lancaster County where I have lived nearly my whole life. The similarities around structural and historic inequities are unsurprising and all too common across our nation. My background in conflict transformation, previous work in nonviolent communication, and most recently the opportunity at United Way of Lancaster County to think about convening spaces while honoring differing voices prepares me to join in the work The Alliance for Health Equity has already begun. I am deeply honored to have been selected to lead Alliance for Health Equity and look forward to learning from the community and working with the community to build together for a future we can all be proud to have contributed to birthing.”

What fuels my passion to work at The Alliance for Health Equity is the belief that addressing health inequity is crucial for enhancing the socioeconomic well-being of individuals, families, and communities. In our rapidly evolving knowledge-based economy, developing human capital is essential for upward socioeconomic mobility, and ensuring health equity contributes significantly to this goal. My background in Public Policy & Administration, with a focus on evidence-based decision-making, has equipped me with the skills necessary to address these challenges. Having previously held leadership roles in national and international non-profits and development organizations, I am excited and honored to join The Alliance for Health Equity, where I can engage with and work towards improving the well-being of the Greater Coatesville community.”
